JBuilder 4 isn't using my input locale for the keyboard, it's using the general locale. What's up with this? Or, why does JBuilder 4 keep turning on Chinese input method even though I want to use English?
This is a bug in Sun's JDK 1.3. It seems to be fixed in JDK 1.3.1 Beta. Borland does not support JB4 on 1.3.1 but you can replace JDK 1.3 with 1.3.1 by editing JBuilder4/bin/jdk.config and editting all paths appropriately.
