CLPC is the neighborhood organization recognized by the city of Minneapolis and Hennepin County as representing the residents and institutions of the Loring Park neighborhood. Loring Park is located near downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota and the surrounding neighborhood is composed of a diverse collection of housing units, businesses, and religious and educational institutions.
