Thanks to David Bills at SmartPlaylists.com for troubleshooting help. •Nuisance screen now opens from first use on. The 15-day delay code prompted error messages on some systems, perhaps even crippling the program. While I'd prefer to keep the delay, I had to choose functionality for the widest possible user base. Hey, you can always get rid of the nuisance screen by paying the shareware fee. Version 1.1.1 (released 2/9/04) •Nuisance screen reset to open 15 days (instead of 5 minutes) after first time user opens program. •Online instructions link added in "Help" menu. Version 1.1 (released 2/8/04) •The complex registration scheme has been ditched for a simpler nuisance screen shareware reminder. For what I hope is a very short testing period ( a few days), the nuisance screen activates every time the program opens beginning 5 minutes after the first time it opens. Will reset to a 15 day trial after I'm sure it works properly. •The feature linking the Playlist Blender and the zoomed iTunes window has been disabled in this release; it prompted too many Applescript errors on machines that aren't mine. Will try to fix in future release. 1.0 (released 1/15/04) •Codenamed DISASTER - Not tested widely enough; many, if not most, downloaders were unable to get the program to operate.
