playlists - Smart playlists are great, but they can't do
everything you might want.
Consider, for instance, the "60s Music" example that comes loaded
on iTunes. If you want just the 60s rock and R&B in your collection
you can't just add "Genre contains" qualifiers in your "60s Music"
smart playlist - you'll end up with an empty playlist because none of
your songs can list both genres (and why would you want to?). With
Playlist Blender you can easily combine a "60s Rock" smart playlist and
a "60s R&B" smart playlist into a "60's Favorites" master mix. In
effect, Playlist Blender gives you the boolean "or" options craved by
