Anastassia Bukingolts grew up in Russia where she received her undergraduate degree in business adminstration and management from Russian State Humanitarian University in Moscow. She started her legal education in Moscow State Lomonosov University in Moscow, Russia and completed her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Mrs. Bukingolts has been in private practice since 1999. She has broad legal experience from working for governmental entities such as regional prefecture in Moscow, Russia, to private law firms, Blackwell & Ighbanugo and Saliterman & Siefferman, here in the United States, and volunteering as an attorney for Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis and Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights.

Anastassia Bukingolts is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota and Federal District Court. She is member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and Hennepin County Bar Association. Anastassia Bukingolts firmly believes that it is important to envision all possible consequences and avert them to protect a client.
