10 inches
I feel like I have lost 20 lbs! More than 10 inches cut off today and donated to "Locks of Love". The "before" picture is actually from August - it was the only shot I could find with my hair down, so it was longer than that. I just keep shaking my head to feel how light it is.

I like it that length....and i assume it's just long enough to get in some sort of clippy/pony/tie something to get it totally outta the way ( or at least stay behind your ears)

Congrats! I donated my hair years ago and if I could handle having it that long again I would do it again, but the heavy hair gave me headaches and I shed it everywhere.
I can get it back with 2 barrettes or even in two little pony tails. It's fun having it down though - the long hair I wore up all the time.
I am very familiar with up all the time.....i think i can count the times mine has been down in the last 6 months on 1 hand....

Wow, has it ever been that short before?
it might be the shortest, but not by much. I really love it this length and it was really only a severe case of procrastination + denial that let it get long in the first place.
That must be really awkward to get used to after having such long hair. It looks really cute on you!
