Your account password is used by our system for verifying who you are, and is your first and best protection against unauthorized individuals breaking into and using your account.
Account passwords must be 6 to 8 characters long and must contain at least two letters (a-z A-Z) and one numeral (0-9) or punctuation character (,.;:?\!@#$% etc). Passwords must not include your account username, first name, or last name. We discourage using other information closely associated with you (such as your address or phone number) or words which may be found in a dictionary as part of your password, since these may be guessed relatively easily.
If you know your current password you can log into MyVISI Customer Portal to change your password. If you do not know your current password, please call support at 612-395-9010 for assistance.
