To add an email forwarder please log into the Exchange portal. When you've logged in click on "New Contact" at the bottom of the left side menu. Fill in the following fields:
Contact Name: This has to be a different email address than the user you'll set up later. I recommend using a variation on that email address
First Name: First name of the contact
Last Name: Last name of the contact
Display Name: Name of the contact
Email Address: This will be the address you are forwarding to
Click "Apply" when you've completed the fields.
When you've received the completion page, click "Users" in the menu on the left and then choose New User from the bottom. You will set up the new user with the email address you want forwarded. Make sure to choose "VisiStandard" under the Plan portion of the setup. You will not need to change any of the quotas for a forwarder. When you have finished click "Apply" at the bottom.
Then go back and click "Users" link on the left and choose the user you just set up. Under Tasks in the left menu you will choose "Mail Forwarding". On the next page you will choose the email address you would like to forward to from the dropdown menu and click "Update Forward".
Your forwarding email address is complete!
