Why am I receiving duplicate emails using Outlook?

Most duplicate email messages in Outlook are caused by a software corruption problem. The duplicate messages are not caused by the VISI email servers. You will need to perform work on your computer system to solve this problem.

Another possibility is that your anti-virus program is causing the issue. Your anti-virus software could be preventing your email software from deleting the messages properly on the mail server. You may need to reinstall your anti-virus software to correct this issue.

How do I get it to stop?

The fastest solution to this problem is to access your webmail account and delete the message that is causing the problem. You may want to delete all of the messages in your mailbox.
