Notes:
Tracks 6, 8 & 15 have been previously released on 2G+2. On the CD2, the Seattle show, an aborted start to Mr Pharmacist followed by MES marching the band offstage for a "pep talk" has been edited out, after Bourgeois Town (track 21).
