Notes:
Missing the opening number of the show, Athlete Cured, and a couple of tracks have cuts - Mr Pharmacist (incorrectly spelt Mr Pharacist on the sleeve) is only the second half of the song. Cambridge in the album title is incorrectly spelt "Cambrige" on the disc label and on one spine of the CD jewel case.
