Recorded live at the Acklam Hall (now Subterranea), London on 11 December 1980.
Notes:
A limited edition of 4,000 copies, semi-official cassette. The tracklisting above shows the correct songs - track 5 was listed as "?" and track 7 was incorrectly listed as "Gramme Friday" on the cassette cover. This was subsequently given an official release under the title The Legendary Chaos Tape with a different cover (this is treated as a separate release in this discography), as well as being later reissued with the same cover and title (see reissues details below).
