The bonus tracks were placed prior to the album tracks, on the logic that the singles from which the bonus tracks were taken were released prior to the album, so people should hear the songs in the order they became publicly available. Tracks 1-2 are from the How I Wrote 'Elastic Man' single and tracks 3-4 are from the Totally Wired single. City Hobgoblins is not listed on the CD back inlay - the track numbers go 1, 3, 4, 5 etc.
