Click on the Tools Menu and choose "Accounts".
Click the arrow to the right of "New" and select "Exchange" from the list.
Enter your account information. "Account Name" is the name Entourage will use to identify your account. This can be anything you would like. "Your Name" can be whatever you like, but it will appear on all outbound email. "E-mail Address" should be your email address on our Exchange 2007 server.
Make sure "Use my account information" is selected and enter your account information as detailed below:
There is a 20 character limit on the Account ID field, so your Account ID will be the first 20 characters of your email address, replacing the at sign (@) with an underscore (_). If the 20th character in the username field ends up being a dot, replace that with an underscore as well. Enter "vcollaborate" in the Domain Field. Enter your Exchange password in the password field.
For the exchange server, type in mail.vcollaborate.com/exchange/user@domain.com (where user@domain.com is enter your email address.) Check the box next to "This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)".
