When attempting to connect to the VISI hosting network using a Remote VPN (pptp) connection you may encounter an error message which reads: "Error 781: The encryption attempt failed because no valid certificate was found."
We recommend that you reboot your computer system and try the Remote VPN connection again. This is a known problem with the Windows operating system.
